This design is pretty straight forward, there's a giant clock on the front of the shirt and the little bells mechanical alarm clocks have. More subtle design choices include clock hand shaped tails and black stripes on white fabric, resembling numbers on a clock surface. Every time this little alarm clock is startled by the bells on her own head.
