I am experiencing a problem, my pentab xp pen (star 03) cannot be detected in the xp pen application, So this is very uncomfortable to use because in Clip Studio the paint stabilization doesn't work. 

I don't know what to do anymore, I've asked other people but rarely anyone uses XP Pen, looking on YouTube is also useless because there is still no change.

 I contacted this time to ask for help because I really need help
