I just purchased the artist pro 24 gen 2 tablet. I installed the software for it and for some reason when I double click on the icon for the pentablet it will only show the shortcut remote and no pen. I have reinstalled the software a few different times to see if it would change anything and it doesn't. I noticed when I watched a youtuber set up this same tablet that their program looked a bit different. It clearly shows a little icon for the shortcut remote and a little icon for the pen. If anyone can help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it! I'm sure it's probably going to be something easy
