I bought 1 year ago XP-PEN Artist Pro 16TP and I used it well good. Then one day it not work correctly, it show my desktop on screen but pen and screen touch is not working. I used with HDMI connection like a 2nd monitor. Then I try connect with USB-C, when I plug USB-C tablet is not show anything on screen, black screen but pen and touching is working ! How so strange. I try uninstall old driver, install new driver but nothing changed. I update nvidia display driver too. This made me feel cold about my XP-PEN tablet, because every week 1-2 hours I try fix this problem but I can't found solution. Finally I can't use my XP-PEN Artist Pro 16TP anymore.
