Hello,

I am an art student and unfortunately not wealthy, so I cannot afford to buy a new tablet. I have an XP-Pen Artist 16, but it is no longer recognized by Windows 11 or my new Mac with the M4 chip. However, it works perfectly fine on my older Windows 10 system. The drivers available on the XP-Pen website are too old and don’t support these newer operating systems properly. This issue is causing significant problems, and I haven’t been able to find any solutions so far.

If anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix it, please help. I rely on this tablet for my studies and urgent work and really need a solution.

ps I have an XP-Pen Artist 16 (1st Gen) serial a1615134965ae, but I had to put it into the category "XP-Pen Artist pro 16 Gen 2" on this forum because my model is not listed in the options provided.
