I recently bought the Artist pro 24.  I am having two issues:

1. I installed the drivers and firmware.  After I installed the firmware, my pen stopped working.  I have been unable to uninstall the firmware, but I have been able to uninstall the drivers.  No success in making my pen work again.  I have also tried WinQC - Multiv2.0.3.1 and Mult V2.0.2001 to test for a pen signal, but also nothing for that.

2. Whenever I click the Pentablet app, it says "Can't detect the tablet, please plug it into then open the driver again."  I have checked my cable connections, they are good.  I have tried various USB ports, still have the same issue.

Anyone else have this issue or any way to fix this?  Please help!:(
