Review Mechanism
1. Judges
The judging committee for the 4th Ultimate Set Design Contest consists of PUBG MOBILE's official art director, game producer, operations specialist, marketing specialist, design specialist, and members of the XPPen art team, who will jointly select the creators' submission.
2. Review Mechanism
Q: How are official awards selected?
A: The selection process for official awards consists of two rounds of review: a preliminary review and a final review. The review panel and the official creative team will select qualified finalists from all submissions. Then, the review panel will choose the final award recipients among the finalists.
Q: How are popularity awards determined?
A: The outcome is determined by the number of votes cast by players in the game. To ensure the fairness of the PDP event, the official account will rigorously review the competition votes, remove any abnormal votes, and then confirm and award the popularity award. Severe violators will be disqualified.
Q: How is the XPPen Special Award selected?
A: The XPPen Special Award will be judged by five experts specially invited by XPPen. They will vote to select the five most creative and artistically expressive works from the shortlisted entries.
Q: How can I check if my submission passed the preliminary and final reviews?
A: After submission, the official judging panel will conduct two rounds of evaluation. Entries that pass the preliminary review will advance to the final review. Works that clear the final review will enter the voting phase and qualify for final awards. If you cannot find your work on the voting page, it means your submission did not progress to the voting phase or award eligibility. Creators can monitor the following channels for review status updates by in-game mail, personal center notifications in the Co-Creation Base, and Discord group announcements.
3. Award Evaluation Criteria
a. Originality:
The design is creative and original. It also differs from the outfits available in the game. Rather than relying on special effects, it focuses on showcasing its creativity and design, establishing innovative ideas that break conventions.
b. Quality:
The design is high quality, featuring smooth, clean lines and complementary colors. It also fits the theme and vibe, using color contrast and layering to highlight the design focus.
c. Value:
The entry should take into account the actual presentation in the game, such as proportions and other aspects. It should also be appealing to other PUBG MOBILE players.
d. Brand Alignment:
The artistic design and narrative expression of the ultimate set design should resonate with PUBG MOBILE’s identity. Ensures overall consistency with the game’s existing costumes.

FAQ:
Q: How to receive game props and cash rewards?
A: All rewards require the registration of a PUBG MOBILE game account. Game Prop Rewards: After the creator wins an award, the official team will send the award notification via the in-game mailbox and the personal center mailbox in the Co-creation Base-PDP. The award email will include a link to select the desired in-game reward props. Creators can use this link to choose their preferred reward props, and the selected reward props will be directly delivered to the winners' in-game mailboxes upon confirmation. Please note that award-winning creators must claim their reward via the link within 30 days of receiving the email, as the link will expire afterward. If the reward is not successfully claimed due to personal reasons, the official team will not reissue the award. Cash Rewards: PDP uses the Freelancer system to distribute bonuses. You must enter the award information through Freelancer. The creator will receive an email containing a Freelancer link within the game. The creator must complete the Freelancer registration and sign the agreement for the first time (once signed, no further signing is required). Creators typically receive bonuses 15 to 30 business days after registration and signing. After completing the signing process, you can log in to Freelancer to track the status of your current bonus. Physical Rewards/Coupons: XPPen will handle the distribution of physical rewards. Discount coupons will be sent to your email and can be used for product purchases at the XPPen official online store.
Q: Are there any shipping restrictions on XPPen products?
A: XPPen will cover shipping costs; however, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the participant. Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the Middle East (except the UAE and Saudi Arabia), Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Africa. Winners from these regions will receive cash as a replacement *When converting physical prizes to cash, we will deduct shipping fees, taxes, and operating costs.
