El Tio Hetor (The uncle Hetor) Is a character of a cartoon personal project. He is the uncle of one of the main characters. The project is in developmet. He takes care of his nephew, he is a humble person but works very hard to be the provider of "The Barril", who is his nephew. The original project is in paper but this drawing show the evolution to digital version. Thanks.
