I really enjoyed making my first entry, so much so that I made another one! This time, I decided to draw the little prince visiting the Drunkard, the third person that he visits. The Drunkard is such an interesting character, he reminds me a little bit of myself to be honest. The act of being ashamed of doing something but you do it anyway to forget about it is something I may be guilty of doing sometimes. He is the character I mostly remember from the retellings of this story because I found him quite silly when I was younger. Though admittedly, it does paint a painfully accurate way on how some adults deal with themselves. It's things like this that makes me love this story so much, it can teach us to look at things differently and realize our irony.
