I saw in a discussion that animations will get posted if the Future Me event isn't selected. This is for the Future Me 2024 XPPen Global Drawing Contest, I just want to have my entry up to prove that I did have this finish before the deadline. Animation Description: My entry for the Future Me 2024 XPPen Global Drawing Contest I've always been uncertain about my future especially since I have so many options available. Through my animation I show what I hope to see in the future and how I struggle with the uncertainty the future holds. It's hard for me to pin point what exactly the future could be like since the imagination of the future is limitless. But for me I've always liked keeping the idea of the future simple, cozy, and full of art. I enjoy imagining big and grand times, but at the end of the day a future where I can just be home making art isn't too bad. My work in progress will be posted so after but here is a bit about my process. This is my longest multi media animation to date. The animation consist of 3d, 2d, pixel art and live action elements. I used krita and blender to create the pieces for my animation. And my tools consisted of the Artist 10 (2nd gen) and the Magic drawing pad. The drawing pad was especially helpful when it came to the live action elements. Being able to have a studio on the go was so useful. About 24 GB of art work was made for this short 2 minuet animation.
