"The Journey of Miracles" - Mera the penguin had a dream: to learn painting to be able to paint the most beautiful Christmas tree in the Arctic. But Mera wasn’t a natural artist. Her first attempts were disastrous, branches smeared in all directions, ornaments resembling blobs, etc. She was keep trying everyday and she didn’t want to give up. She spent the entire year practicing. She painted during the midnight Northern shimmering lights and through stormy winter nights. Slowly her work improved. You could have seen now better painted shapes that were looking like a tree. When Christmas Eve arrived, Mera stood before her canvas. With her heart full of determination, she painted the tree she’d dreamed of, a masterpiece full of warmth and beauty. Mera stepped back to admire her work and she felt a wave of joy and pride. It wasn’t just a painting, it was about the journey, the mistakes, the determination, the result of a year’s worth of hope, effort and belief in herself. A true miracle. I want to end up by saying, a miracle is something that we create day by day, by doing or learning small things that can help us to achieve what our hearts desire. Merry Christmas to everybody 🎄♥️✨
