Made with Clip Studio Paint Pro and the Artist 24 For this piece, I wanted to capture the essence of a surreal environment where the worries and stressors of life cease to exist; a flowing river amidst a blooming spring meadow. This is my first digital landscape artwork, as I usually draw characters and portraits. It is not perfect, as I have only been drawing digitally for a few years and am still learning. My original idea was to capture an image of a rabbit overlooking a pathway to a large castle in the mountains, however I ended up not following through with that idea. Pink is my favorite color, I decided to incorporate that into the piece. Essentially, I want the drawing to serve as a reminder of how abundant the springtime can be, and that nature's beauty should not be taken for granted. Rather than contaminating the Earth, we as humans need to learn how to live in harmony with animals and our environment. This is the only planet we have so we cannot afford to not cherish it.
