For this piece, I wanted to depict a scene composed of a foreground, showing a hidden undergrowth, and a wide background that opens up towards the horizon. In front of us stretches a lush meadow, dotted with flowers, mushrooms, and plants, framed by blooming trees. At the base of one of these trees lies an abandoned suit of armor, now almost completely enveloped by the surrounding nature, which is slowly reclaiming it. In the distance, the view continues into the heart of the forest, eventually reaching the silhouette of a castle, barely visible among the trees. With this scene, I aimed to express the beauty of nature and the mystery of a forgotten story, where abandonment merges with the vitality of a world that continues to grow in abundance. Although this is my first attempt at creating such a detailed landscape, I tried to build a harmonious composition that best celebrates the richness and beauty of spring, while staying true to my personal style, carefully attending to every brushstroke and line.
