Here's my entry for the "Nature's Canvas" Contest.
I decided to showcase some of the nature's treasure endemic to where I live, to name some are the Philippine Eagle (Monkey-eating Eagle), Rafflesia and Mount Apo. In the illustration shows a father-son admiring the beauty of the nature's creation. I believe that in order to preserve and help nature to prosper, it will always lie in the hands of the future generation. As long as we value the importance and show love and appreciation to our flora & fauna and teach it to the children they will learn to preserve and help it prosper for as long as there is life on earth.
I had fun doing this piece, I hope it captures the awe and wonders I experienced as a child when my grandparents brought me on a hike and experience nature first hand.
