"In Media Res" The Latin phrase means, "in the middle of things". It's how we find ourselves thrown into existence---midway through the story of the universe. Somewhere halfway, made of star matter, conscious enough to experience itself. Art is how we make sense of it, how we map the vastness within and around us, one star fragment at a time.
