I was inspired by my ventilato, specificly the inside of the ventilator, i could imagine a ballerina dancing in a music box, just like those ballerina music boxes. It also shows her trapped quite litteraly because of the bars in the background. Since the box is closed... making it have another hidden meaning: she's only listened to when people want to.
