Day 22 - Ghost Spirit - Meet "Aetheros", the spirit guardian. In centuries past, this wraith was a holy guardian, bound by sacred duty, now known as "Aetheros". It roams the ethereal plains and the mortal realm alike, a ceaseless, restless traveler through the mists of time. This phantom has no home, driven by an insatiable, singular purpose that defies all rest, to consume the corrupted. With an awful, wide mouthed hunger, it stalks the shadows for malignant spirits and malicious ghosts, devouring them utterly to purge the astral plane. But for the innocent and lost, it is a guide, using its own essence to sieve away their lingering earthly burdens. By its direct grace, these purer souls find peace and achieve ultimate transcendence, ascending to the realms beyond. It wanders still, the great cosmic gatekeeper. "Aetheros" is derived from 'Aether' which refers to the 'classical element representing the upper sky or pure air'. This name emphasizes its elevated purpose in guiding souls toward transcendence and purity. You can see my inspiration for this artwork in the following slide. Also I tried something different for this. Even though the overall art style is the same, I tried to do something outside my comfort zone and now idk how to feel about it. Hope y'all would like it :)
