While illustrating this artwork did i try to capture the melting aspect of spring which makes space for new life to grow. Which is why i illustrated it by it being under water, where the ice on the top is melting away which makes life (the fish) to come back. I also wanted it to the be illustrated inside a car to symbolise how fast the spring “drives by”. Another symbol i have in the art work is how its greenery inside the car, which is symbolising how the car which is a dead object (winter) gets its life back (spring). I also took my artistic freedom to put in a few of my personal refrences as the outfit which is one of my favourites to wear along side the ipad which i used to make the drawing on and the headphones. And finally i also decided to put in one of my favourite characters which is the gold dragon plushie in the right corner which is Eruhaben from lout of the counts family.
