Hello, I am a small artist named Hanzy. For the competition “Riders of the Water World,” when I heard the theme, I first thought of two animals of the sea: dolphins and sea turtles. Dolphins are known for their speed, intelligence, and playful nature, while sea turtles represent endurance, wisdom, and the long journey of life through the oceans. In my artwork, I imagined a young surfer riding a powerful wave alongside dolphins, symbolizing the connection between humans and the ocean. The dolphins leap through the water as guides and companions, showing the freedom and excitement that the sea offers. Below them, a sea turtle swims peacefully among fish and coral, representing the quieter but equally important side of marine life. I wanted to show that the ocean is not just a place for adventure but also a home shared by countless living creatures. The rider, dolphins, and turtle are all connected by the same water, reminding us that humans and nature are part of one world and should coexist with respect and care. I am a traditional artist, and I do not have access to expensive technology such as drawing tablets or advanced digital art equipment. Because of this, I created this artwork using traditional materials and techniques.
