Inspired by the Uros Floating Islands in Peru, markets in the Waterworld float on reed islands. They don't mind drive-by (or... Swim-by?) pick-up by passing riders. This particular rider runs DoorSplash errands, picking up deliveries at high speeds for waiting clients. Though things are a little more lax here, as the riders can bring along their favorite pets and there's barely any speed limits.
