One of the main ideas I learned from the body drawing course is simplification. Complex subjects, such as the human body, can be broken down into basic three-dimensional shapes, making them easier to understand and draw. The course also taught me the subtle differences between drawing the male and female body. Another important lesson that will improve my body drawing is learning how muscles are distributed throughout the body. Understanding muscle placement helps me draw more believable and anatomically convincing human figures.
