After watching the tutorial, I realized that my usual workflow fits well with the circle-and-triangle method, though there's a slight difference with my technique but a huge help for me. I also still start with a circle, but I second the eyes as it gives me a strong foundation (and also because I love to draw eyes, but hair is still what I enjoy the most), then I use the triangle to establish the jaw and head direction more accurately. Doing these steps helps me to build the rest of the head more natural and consistent for me, even when I'm doing different angles.
