You can just make a circle and then add plus mark then make triangle above it, there you go! A simple face sketch.

When I am sketching, I found that it was so hard to draw if we make a difficult poses, then when I came up with an idea to simply the sketches and just draw the main part so it looks like a face and make it simple to draw. So I don’t need to redraw the face because it looks weird with the overall anatomy, just make another layer of sketch that you think perfect with the anatomy!
