How do I get rid of tablet hovering thing on the pen or whatever it's called - YouTube

Some people will say that I need to adjust the pressure I really don't think the pressure is going to fix the issue and I have tried fooling around with that but if I fool around with the pressure then that means the pen can't operate as it's supposed to. if I put more or less pressure than the waves of the ink or whatever it's called changes based on how much pressure I put on the pen? so I feel like it's not the pressure that I want to be fixed it's the hover.
