For this challenge, I chose to illustrate my city, São Paulo, Brazil, with a palette that pays homage to Seoul. In this illustration, I brought several tourist attractions from the capital, such as Ibirapuera Park, the Banespa Building and the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP). But I especially highlighted Paulista Avenue, which is the beating heart of the city. Paulista Avenue is more than just an avenue... It is a symbol of the city, a place where culture, business, diversity and modernity meet. Whenever I pass by there, I have the feeling that the nighttime lighting on the avenue transforms the concrete and the buildings into pure poetry. Paulista Avenue is a place of protests, parties and meetings, where the people of São Paulo feel at home and visitors feel welcomed, in this city that is so complex and yet so captivating.
