An ordinary farmer from the countryside, Daiki, goes on a quest way beyond ordinary means to save his childhood friend, Hanamori. She was abducted by the Demon Lord, Guren, because she has finally awakened the power of the Oni that has been sleeping in dormant inside her. She is imprisoned in a stone shrine that harvests all of her life essence which is channeled into Guren's ever growing thirst for even more power. This is a story of how love can traverse the extraordinary and break through limits.
