Day 10 - Shooting Star Mouse - Meet "Stelmice", the shooting star rodent. "Stelmice" is a cosmic being that is said to be born of a shooting star millions of years ago. According to the legends, it visits earth every one hundred years. And when it arrives, it brings lots of wealth and blessings to the all those who wish upon it. It is not easy to spot for it appears in the blink of an eye and disappears too with that same intensity. Nonetheless take your chances, for on those clear nights, that quick, low flicker at the edge of sight may be a "Stelmice", carrying a wish back into the roots and ridgelines, leaving the world a little more whole than it was before. " Stelmice" is derived from 2 words : "Stella" meaning "Star" and "mice", well plural of "mouse". I really enjoyed drawing this theme. Like it looks so enchanting in my eyes ahaha. I really love it's tail and also the wings. Those give it a fairy tale vibe. And not to mention the star in it's hand. The centre of all attention. Hope y'all would like it too :)
