This illustration follows my original character, Mirai, sitting on the edge of a floating cliff as her playful red cat stretches downward to catch a tiny bird resting on a branch below, creating a lighthearted moment of curiosity and adventure high above the clouds. The scene contrasts the vast, peaceful sky with the characters’ lively expressions, emphasizing friendship, exploration, and the playful bond between Mirai and her pet. Using the XP-Pen Deco Mini7 V2, I was able to sketch dynamic poses, paint soft cloud textures, and add detailed fur, hair, and environmental elements with precision, making the creative process smoother and more enjoyable.
