I was inspired by the summer season and a Y2K aesthetic as the dyed hair and piercings really resonated with me. The light pastel colour scheme combined with the summer beach aesthetic created this soft and appealing palette I strived for. I also wanted to draw these iconic characters in stylish yet casual and relaxed clothes while appreciating the summertime bliss. - Liya
