ok this is what I put in Night out in Seoul chose the Seoul palette for this and wanted to draw an character I made I usually never draw city's or backgrounds, so this was my first time trying it out and I mixed the palette colors to make the brown hair streaks and neon lights glow. My rough planning sketch is attached too I really tried my best here lol I had fun making this it makes me want to draw more backgrounds!
