This is Nuu Chronoesia. In the world of Chronoesia, despite being the heir to the world, he's a nuisance to everyone. Presently he doesn't want to mind his business and wants the powerful tool, the Sand Beast conjurer used be goora, the sand Lord of the Sand City. Here I just made the tool a typewriter to show how efficient the conjurer is, the tempo-skateboards are also transportation methods they use to get around. So apparently Goora is chasing Nuu out of his City after finding out he came to steal his Sand Beast Conjurer. So, yeah they the scene is played in some canyon.
