2. Participants must register and log in to an XPPen account with sufficient X-Coins.
3. Each draw costs 30 X-Coins. A draw is completed once the X-Coins are successfully deducted.
4. Each user is limited to 2 draws per day and 20 draws during the entire event. Daily draw limits reset each day, and unused draws do not carry over.
5. Users can earn more X-Coins through eligible Community activities, including posting, commenting, liking, and saving content. Please refer to the X-Coins Rules page for details.
6. Prizes include 3% OFF Coupons, 5% OFF Coupons, 60 X-Coins, ArtRage 6, openCanvas, Deco 640, and Artist 12 3rd.
7. Prize Details:
① Coupons can be used in the XPPen Online Store and are valid until September 6, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+8). Multiple Lucky Draw coupons cannot be used together in one order.
② Physical prizes will be shipped after the event and winner verification. Winners must submit accurate and complete shipping information by the stated deadline. Failure to do so, or providing incorrect information that prevents delivery, may result in prize forfeiture.
③ XPPen will cover shipping costs, including customs duties. Physical prizes cannot be shipped to the Middle East, except Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, or to Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Africa. Winners in these regions will receive cash compensation calculated as: prize value minus logistics, tax, and operational costs.
8. XPPen will contact winners only through community@xp-pen.com or official on-site notifications. Please beware of fraudulent messages claiming to represent XPPen or its employees.
9. To the extent permitted by law, XPPen reserves the right to interpret and amend these rules.
