1. What are X-Coins?

X-Coins is a rewards program specifically designed for creators. Every time you publish a drawing, interact with us, participate in events, or shop in the official store, you will receive certain X-Coins, making every creative effort more rewarding. And please note that before experiencing any X-Coins services, you need to complete account registration.

2. How to earn X-Coins?

Earning X-Coins in the XPPen community is simpler and more fun than you think. Every activity you do can potentially earn you X-Coins. We've compiled a list of currently available ways to earn X-Coins for your quick understanding and easy participation.

In the future, more ways and rules for earning X-Coins, such as daily check-ins, sharing and forwarding, rewards for high-quality content, competition winnings, and event bonuses, will be gradually added and updated in subsequent versions. We look forward to your participation and exploration!

Current ways to earn X-Coins

(1) Community rewards

The following actions have a limit on the number of times and the total X-Coins. Liking, saving, or commenting on your own posts will not earn X-Coins; only interacting with other people's content is valid; repeated interactions (likes, comments, saves, etc.) on the same work, discussion thread, or course will only reward X-Coins once.

(2) Spending Rewards

When you place an order and make a purchase on the XPPen official store, after the order is completed and the goods are received, the system will calculate and award X-Coins based on the actual amount you paid. The calculation rule is: 1 X-Coin for every 1 US dollar spent, and any fractional part of a dollar will be rounded down (for example, if you pay $100.48, you will receive 100 X-Coins).

If you pay in another currency, the amount will first be converted into US dollars based on the exchange rate at the time the order is placed, and then the X-Coins will be calculated. Please note that the exchange rate used is the one in effect when the order is placed, not the exchange rate at the time the X-Coins are awarded.

Points to note:

• After the X-Coins program is officially launched, only newly generated actions will be eligible for rewards (for example, newly registered users will receive registration X-Coins, but existing users who have already registered will not receive retroactive X-Coins).
• X-Coins earning rules may be optimized and adjusted based on operational circumstances. Please refer to the actual X-Coins credited by the system and the information displayed on the page as the final authority.

(3) Validity of earned X-Coins

X-Coins earned through community tasks or purchases are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account.

3. What can you do with X-Coins?

Accumulated X-Coins can be redeemed for a variety of rewards. Whether it's tools to improve your creative efficiency or fun-filled gifts, we have a variety of options for you, including but not limited to:

• Useful Tools: Drawing software activation codes, drawing accessories
• Shopping Discounts: Various coupons, usable when making purchases in the online store
• Creation Equipment: Drawing display and other creative equipment
• Fun Rewards: Lucky draw opportunities, official brand merchandise

Please note: The specific product categories, quantities, and X-Coins required for redemption may vary by account. Please refer to the actual information displayed in the X-Coins Shop. Additionally, X-Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards redeemed with X-Coins are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The X-Coins redemption program is designed to provide additional rewards for your creativity and community participation. Please plan and use your X-Coins accordingly.

4. X-Coins Validity Period and Expiration Settlement Rules

Each X-Coin is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and will automatically expire upon expiration. The validity period of event X-Coins or limited-time X-Coins is subject to the specific instructions at the time of issuance.

When redeeming gifts, the system will prioritize using X-Coins that are about to expire. We will remind you via system messages and emails 30 days before the X-Coins expire; please check your messages.

5. After-Sales X-Coins Refund Rules

If you apply for after-sales service and complete a refund for an order for which you have already earned X-Coins, we will refund the corresponding X-Coins according to the following rules:

• Refund Timing: The system will automatically deduct the X-Coins generated by the order after the refund is completed. If only part of the order is refunded, the X-Coins will be deducted proportionally to the actual amount paid for the refunded items.
• Expired X-Coins: If the X-Coins awarded for the order have expired, these expired X-Coins will not be deducted when applying for after-sales service.

6. Risk and Violation Notice

To ensure a fair and creative environment within the XPPen community, we regulate the use and acquisition of X-Coins. The following behaviors, including but not limited to, will be considered violations and may result in X-Coins deduction, account freezing, or account penalties:

• X-Coins farming: Obtaining X-Coins through repetitive, bulk, or abnormal operations (e.g., malicious check-ins, bulk likes/comments).
• Violative content: Uploading works or posts that infringe on copyrights or contain prohibited or inappropriate content.
• Impersonating creativity by using AI-generated images or non-original works.
• Malicious operations: Exploiting system vulnerabilities, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or using others' accounts to obtain X-Coins.
• Other behaviors that disrupt community order.

Handling Methods

• For violations, we will deduct or freeze the corresponding X-Coins.
• For accounts with serious violations or repeated offenses, the community will restrict functions or take disciplinary measures, including but not limited to banning, deleting content, or restricting redemption.
• We encourage users to create honest content and interact actively. The community will continue to maintain a safe, fair, and creative environment.

7. Account Status and X-Coins Handling

• Account Deleted: If you voluntarily delete your community account, all X-Coins in your account will be cleared. Even if you re-register using the same email address, your X-Coins will start from zero.
• Account Ban: If your account is banned, your X-Coins will be temporarily unusable until the account is unbanned.
