Spring is a season of renewal, where gentleness and lightness come alive around us. Last year, XPPen surveyed its fans to find out which color symbolized spring for them. We sincerely thank you for your enthusiastic participation. Nine shades stood out: lavender blue, pastel blue, sky blue, turquoise, natural green, apple green, candy pink, soft pastel coral pink, and soft yellow. Today, we invite you to create a gentle illusion inspired by this spring palette. Choose three colors from the nine provided and let them guide your artwork. Whether you choose to draw characters, animals, fantasy creatures, or a landscape, the key is to capture the spirit of spring through your own vision. You are free to use any technique you like: digital painting, traditional drawing, photo manipulation, 3D, mixed media, or any other artistic approach. Your creation can take any form: illustration, animation, comic strip… The format is entirely up to you. Go ahead and let the magic of spring inspire your creativity!

Shipping: Prizes can only be shipped to the United Kingdom and EU countries (excluding overseas territories). 7. Submission Format: For image submissions (not video), the recommended dimensions are 4800 × 2700 pixels at 350 dpi. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, PSD, and MDP (maximum file size: 30 MB). For video submissions, the work must be at least 10 seconds in length. 8. Creative Opportunity: One of the six winning entries will have the chance to become the main creative element of a new product in 2026–2027. It may be featured on packaging, product pages, video advertisements, and more. If selected, the XPPen team will contact the winner to obtain the necessary permissions. 9. Community Sharing: We strongly encourage you to share your WIPs, creative steps, variations, and research as secondary images or directly on the community forum, using the subject line “[WIP challenge] Your username,” so that others may enjoy your process.
