"Go Go Fenix!" - This is so far one of the artworks I've had most fun with lately! :D I knew I wanted to draw Fenix having to do with Formula 1 cars and that I wanted it to feel like an old 80s anime (who knows me also knows how much I am into this stuff!). While drawing I decided to add more elements and ...some easter egg! Have fun finding them!

I made my illustration based on a compilation of happy moments of another birthday being completed and the feeling of the moment shared between special people, a happy family at a small party with just each other showing how important the family reunion is and how magical this moment can be, I created it with a Halloween theme taking advantage of the date that it would soon arrive, giving emphasis to the (magic birthday) part.

This design is based on the premise that knowledge, while valuable, can become a destructive force when one lacks the ability to control it. The figure represents an individual hungry for power and forbidden wisdom who, in their reckless pursuit, was ultimately corrupted by the very thing they sought to master. The narrative draws inspiration from necromancy and the dark arts: the character’s flesh and spirit are slowly corroded, stripped of their humanity, until they become an entity doomed to be consumed by itself. Dark tones and greenish hues evoke toxicity and poison, symbols of the corruption spreading through them. In essence, this creature is not only a visually imposing enemy but also a reminder that knowledge without wisdom can become a curse.
